Executive Board and Association Council

Executive Board

The Executive Board of the bff comprises at least two women representatives. They are elected every three years by the General Meeting.

The current members of the Executive Board are:

Association Council

The most important body of the bff is its Association Council. It is composed of representatives of the individual federal states – usually one representative of the rape crisis centres and one representative of the women’s counselling centres respectively. Ideally these representatives are delegated by their Federal State Working Groups (LAG).

The great regional diversity in the Council guarantees that the bff represents the women’s counselling centres and rape crisis centres from across Germany.

The Association Council holds meetings twice a year and takes the important decisions between the general meetings.
